Take Screenshots
On Smartphone:
- Swipe down on screen with 3 fingers
- Press Volume-Down and On/Off button simultaneously
- Select take screen shot from drop down menu
On Windows:
- Hit print screen key:

Generally on other devices:

QR Codes
Scanning QR Codes
QR codes offer various functionalities by encrypting a piece of text. This could be a link to a website, a phone number, an email address, bank account number or even the WiFi password. Depending on the use case (which is a website link in most cases) it might be required to scan the QR code with a specific app.
On Smartphone:
- Open Camera app, aim/zoom at QR code and wait for a reaction in form of an appearing message or icon to pop-up
- Open Firefox app, tap on the QR code icon on the top right inside the search bar and aim at QR code
- Use of a dedicated QR scanner app
On Windows:
- Only if a website/app has a QR scanner function built in, in which case the permission of the website accessing the computer's camera must be granted when prompted and no privacy controls are blocking the access to the camera
- Use smartphone to scan and then send link to computer
